Yoga brings so much more than a flexible and toned body. By practicing on regular basis you create awareness to life in the here and now. By opening up to this moment we create greater possibilities in every aspect in life.
I have always believed in the healing power of movement, I draw on my experience in ballet and fitness to provide an inspirational Yoga class. My approach is aimed to keep an intense focus on the core and alignment. If you come to my classes, you will find them challenging but rewarding.
The benefits of practicing Yoga on a regular basis include:

Movement has always been a passion of mine.
My love for Yoga started in 2001, Yoga came as a natural evolution from having practiced classical ballet and being an avid fitness practitioner.
I was inspired from the benefits of my own Yoga practice and in 2009 I began with the Ashtanga Yoga & Power Vinyasa Yoga Teacher training course in Amsterdam. Since then I have given over 300 hours of Yoga instruction to both groups as well as private sessions. I am now deepening my knowledge with the principles of Anusara Yoga, these principles focus on alignment in mind and body. I love teaching and learning more about Yoga!
