Dominika's interest in health and well-being began when she was a young athlete running the 400m hurdles for her native country, Poland. She studied Physiotherapy at the Katowice University in southern Poland and soon after graduating (and hanging up her spikes) she moved to England to pursue her love and career in 'the West'.

Since landing in London as a 23 year-old in the summer of 2001 she has studied widely in the field of health and fitness. She is a trained , Masseuse and Personal fitness trainer but perhaps now, primarily, considers herself to be a Pilates Instructor. She studied the Stott Pilates method in early 2008 and has been teaching this with a passion ever since.

Dominika currently offers Reflexology and Sports Massage at Sheen Therapy Centre. She is registered with REPs.
